1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bhupe — a product of ADD Technologies — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the Bhupe platform including apartment residents, treasurers, committee members, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

Bhupe provides a WhatsApp-first apartment maintenance management system that enables:

  • Residents to pay monthly maintenance charges via UPI on WhatsApp
  • Treasurers to track payments, manage ledgers, and send reminders
  • Apartment committees to manage flats, expenses, notices, and communications
  • Automated payment reminders and receipt generation

The service operates via WhatsApp Business API at +91 89 858 858 98 and a web-based admin dashboard.

3. User Accounts

Administrators/Treasurers are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. You must not share your password or allow unauthorized access to the admin dashboard.

Residents are identified by their WhatsApp phone number. By messaging our bot, you authorize us to process your maintenance payments on your behalf.

You must provide accurate information when registering your apartment or adding residents. Incorrect phone numbers or flat details may result in payment failures.

4. Payments and UPI

Bhupe facilitates UPI payments by generating QR codes and deep-links. We do not process payments directly — all transactions occur between the resident and the apartment's registered UPI ID via third-party UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, CRED, etc.).

Bhupe is not responsible for:

  • Failed or delayed UPI transactions
  • Incorrect payment amounts entered by users
  • Technical failures in third-party UPI apps
  • Bank or payment gateway outages

Payment confirmations require treasurer approval. Submitting a false payment screenshot is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

5. Refund Policy

Since Bhupe does not collect or hold funds, refund requests for maintenance payments must be directed to your apartment's treasurer or management committee.

For subscription fees (if applicable), refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been used. Contact us at info@addtechno.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent payment screenshots or false UTR numbers
  • Attempt to bypass or hack the payment confirmation system
  • Use the WhatsApp bot to send spam or abuse other users
  • Access another resident's or apartment's data without authorization
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Bhupe platform
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose under Indian law

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Bhupe is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

8. WhatsApp and Meta Compliance

By messaging our WhatsApp number, you consent to receive transactional messages including payment reminders, confirmations, and receipts. You may opt out at any time by messaging "STOP".

Our use of WhatsApp is governed by Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and trademarks on the Bhupe platform are the property of ADD Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADD Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bhupe, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of maintenance payment data
  • Failed payment reminders
  • Errors in ledger calculations
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Bhupe for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of subscription fees, with or without notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@addtechno.com. Data will be retained for 90 days after termination for audit purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify administrators via the dashboard when material changes are made. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
